Q: Do we have to pay for parking?

A: Yes, parking costs $50 per month, but now parking permit payment is due in full for the term of your lease.

 

Q: What happens if I lose the garage door opener?

A: You will be assessed a $125 replacement fee.

Q: What is our address when having mail or packages sent to us?

Q: Can we send packages from Carriage House?

A: No, if your letter does not fit into the regular letter-sized mail slot, you must go to the local post office to ship your package.

 

Housing

Q: Are we allowed to have pets?

A: No, we have a no pets policy, whether or not they are caged or tank animals.

 

Q: How am I affected if one of my roomates does not pay their rent?

A: Each lease is individual and has no affect on your rent.

 

Q: How long are the leases?

A: All leases are for one year (12 months).
